As we enter this holiday season and prepare for the new year ahead, I want to take a moment to extend my heartfelt thanks to you.  The generous support of Niner University Elementary at Amay James has been amazing!  

Taking on the role of Principal in August 2019, I knew we would face challenges in opening this school.  However, the pandemic added another layer of challenges that you helped us overcome.  Your gift, no matter the amount, has touched the lives of our students and their families, and for that we are grateful.

Thank you again for your support of Niner University Elementary.  Last Friday we were able to deliver the WiFi hotspots to the NUE families in need, and are excited that these students have been able to join us virtually this week.  To see their faces on screen with their classmates has been great!

Our students also came by a couple of weeks ago to pick up additional supplies and materials to assist with their remote learning.  The students and families are appreciative of these items and our faculty enjoy having our students work along with them during lessons.

Please continue to share this project with your networks as we continue with virtual learning for our NUE students.

Thank you for your support of Niner University Elementary. Thanks to you, we have purchased 8 WiFi devices for our NUE families in need and are awaiting their delivery.  We have also been able to provide our students with additional supplies and materials they need to easily work along with their teachers during virtual lessons.

Opening a school during a pandemic is certainly not something we planned for, however, donors like you have made the process more manageable for our students, families and faculty.  

We were overwhelmed with the support that we saw over the last couple weeks and are even more excited to announce our new goal and challenge donor. 

We have identified several more families who are lacking internet access and would like to purchase additional play therapy suitcases and classroom materials to send home with our students to alleviate stresses from their virtual learning environment. 

If we can raise an additional $2,000, for a total of $4,000, West Boulevard Ministry has generously agreed to donate an additional $1,000 to purchase headphones for all of our NUE students.
